Already checked with developer n confirmed all the payments n fees made so far n balance payments ,its the best way to email them n they reply soon then the lawyer firm as they dont seem to respond at all .

Hi Im from phase 5 type E but my unit facing the open field ,is the shopping mall nearer to old gelang patah road or the small road towards nusa idaman ?shophouses are mostly built up i suppose.
For those who take type E, can i know anyone intend to extend the masterbed room balcony. If we extend it to the max( to the end), do you think the car porch ceiling can withstanding our weight. As i alway think that the design is very stupid why can't they extend the balcony to the max or is because its can't handle heavy weight or the developer wanted to cut cost for that small amount. Really can not understand what the reason behind.
Yesterday i was at the site and was thinking why are they using wood to construct the house? i thought it should be metal and brick, do you guy think is there any problem a not? Sorry for all the stupid question i just wanted to clear my doubt.

If yours is int'l lot, I suppose you are just beside me!! Cos phase 5 type E only 7 units facing the open field. And out of the 7, 4 is bumi lot & 3 is int'l lot

Yap mine is int'l lot, if you look at the map for phase 5 type E mine seem to be in the centre row and also about centre in my row. My friends units is oppsite mine and very near to the shopping mall but not corner or end unit.
