since we have quite a number of owners here, why not start a FB page as an informal residents' association? at least we can share our ideas as well as organize events (either social activities or even committees to approach the developer)...... not that i am against this forum but think might be a bit more effective in maintaining and keeping the best interest of house owners

Corner lot will have their level 2 ceiling covered. Intermediary lot will have high roof. For Type D. Rationale from developer, intermediary level 2 very dark , so must have skylight coming in. BS BS BS.

Should see some shop (restaurant) popping up from May/June starting renovating. That's all folks!

look on the bright side; a high ceiling at the living area upstairs will be difficult to maintain. Cleaning cobwebs or if you need to change a bulb or something like that as long as you need to climb up there would be troublesome...... by the way, the cover-up of the level 2 ceiling applies to both corner-lots and end-lots.
as for the shop, i was previously made to understand that the shops will VP (or TOP) only by the end of this year..... good if it is earlier :wink:

Is it safe not to install grills on windows? Feels like in prison btw. Any recommendation or quotation for the complete installation?

so far my experience, leftover unit and cheap is normally those unit nobody wants. maybe facing is blocked, or maybe near the lifts or rubbish room etc. it is different from getting it cheap because of early bird / VVIP discounts or buying in early phases, or the unit was returned due to bank loan reject etc. although cheap these units may be difficult to sell when VP, since the problem with the unit will be very clear upon viewing of the completed project. for example, there was recently a sold out project and left only one unit, and developer is giving discount compare to the other units, but that house was very bad facing (pantang). just saying. :wink:
