Type A,B or C (which Phase?). Type c phase 1(intermediate) already sold at 700k range. Type c corner already reach 900k range.
 
Nusa Sentral will become the future Bukit Indah. Maybe 2nd to Medini in terms of commercial interests. They are launching the service apt soon,follow by The Grand Sentral Mall and their condos.

Yes you are right, within 5yrs time. Nusa Sentral will take over Bt.Indah. The mall is in the master print,feels free to visit them and enquire. For end lot type c with 10ft garden space at rm700 plus better grab.

Can ask whether corner unit type A at 720k is OK price ? Or end lot type C at 780k ? This :-)
 
I personally prefer type C cos the build-in area is bigger.. & the outlook seem nicer (type A design seems outdated)
But however have to depend on other factor like exact location of the lot.. facing.. etc

Those facing the park will be good.. totally unblock view. But think no owner is selling so far

type c corner at Jln sentral 15 just sold few weeks ago at RM880,000. Intermediate type c at RM700,000. Type A corner at RM720,000 is a buy price.(build up smaller than type c) I think nobody is selling now. Landed properties becoming a scarcities now. That's why they are promoting condos and those glamorious highrise living. But if you have the money, you can even buy a tree house.
