All these need not come into play if voters got balls like all them in the opposition wards. Even Potong Pasir or Joo Chiat where pap narrowly won....I doubt pap dare to fuck around with the residents there much.

My PAP run estate is getting worse.
The TC used to provide the cleaning and sweeping job to a Malay couple for my block.
Everyday morning will see that hardworking Malay couple without fail. Sometimes their kid will also help them out.
The surroundings are always clean and not much litter.
The TC now terminated them and get those ah neh to do the cleaning and sweeping.
I hardly see that ah neh each day and you can bet the surroundings are getting dirty and litters all over the place.
