He claimed that there has been divergent feedback on the issue.

On the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) car ownership system, No Porn Lui said it would be difficult to give an accurate estimate of the supply expected in the coming full moons but he hints the COE cash cow will love less supply to maintain high profit margins per certificate.
This is because each full moon, Ho Jinx has an unpredictable demand for cash to fuel her overseas punts. Therefore it would be hard to say how many COEs should No Porn Lui print each full moon to crimp the supply and earn sufficient profits to satisfy her requests for cash.
