I believe you.You have to believe me that I do not buy less than AAA steaks (almost always striploin, but once in a while, boneless rib eye, or rib steak of tenderloin).

I use David's No Salt Steak spice, but recently, have put some organic steak spice, with salt, on the other side, because our youngest child, likes some salt.
Although it is still summer, I will bake diced potatoes with shredded cabbage, Vidalia onions, with olive oil, ground pepper, basil, and paprika.
