My good cholesterol has gone down

Exercise is very important. You try regular exercise (twice a week) for about a month, and u will see improvement in your physique, mental alertness and sleep. A few reasons why exercise is good.

- sweat out the toxins. Sweat helps to remove toxins from the body. Helps to keep your skin clear and unclogged.
- cardiovascular health. Your heart is adjusted to work more effortlessly.
- lose weight. Obesity is linked to many illnesses. So when you lose weight, you are eliminating the root cause.


elderly people should exercise regularly, but not overdoing it. they have low calcium levels. too much exercises will further weaken their bones that are gradually weakening with age. bone pain all over the body is terrible. eat more beans to strengthen one's bones.
 
U need to do 3 main things to have better health

1) jog every 2 days
2) detox. Try to have salad for one main course in a day. Drink water. Take vitagen to remove waste in body.
3) choose healthier choices. Eat fish instead of red meat. Take egg white don't eat yolk.

Might i add that you don't need to do jogging all the time. In fact jogging isn't really working out oneself. I reccomend HIIT or high intensity interval training. It's very easy to do but quite "siong" if you just started out on it. In fact the 5BX that recurits do in bmt can be considered a type of HIIT if they did it with enough intensity.

You basically do a set of exercises like push ups, tuck jumps, jumping jacks etc for a limited amount of time say 1-2 mins and then you move on to the next set of exercises. If you get good enough you can add in weights like dumb bells and so on but if you don't have those or don't want to work out that hard you can just do body weight exercises. In a way it can be have more exertion than just simply jogging cos many ppl don't really jog hard enough and besides jogging does not work out the entire body.
