My good cholesterol has gone down

Whether humans can and should eat meat is pretty evident in the types of teeth humans have.

If humans are not biologically destined to eat meat, why the fuck do humans have canines for?

It's like having a dick but not using it or not using it correctly, like a faggot.

Humans are omnivores, not carnivores or herbivores. Humans eat meat and non-meat and this has
been like that for fucking since the dawn of time. That's why we have incisors, canines and molars.

Also, for some of us, like me, have wisdom teeth. Some cheebyes never grow wisdom teeth all their
freaking life. They're dumbasses, that's why. LOL!!!

Finally, since primitive times, humans have been HUNTER-Gatherer.

If humans do not eat meat, why the fuck they call us HUNTERS? Hunt what? Hunt for fruits to drop from
trees, is it? Ha ha ha, KNN, defies historical logic.

Exercise one hour a day and check again in 3 months.

I do at least 2 to 3 hours of cardio a day and my HDL is way higher than my LDL.

Ya, better start my running soon. Luckily my bad cholesterol is low too. Will eat more nuts together with daily exercise. Will check again in November.

i know why you come up with such a post

A 2006 study from the University of Southampton in Britain, which followed more than 8,000 people for 20 years, found that vegetarians tend to have IQs about five points higher than those of meat-eaters. The IQs were measured when the subjects were children and again as adults. Of the adults who had become vegetarians - about four and a half percent - their IQ measured around 105, compared to 100 for those who ate meat. Furthermore, they were more likely to have completed college and secured a well-paying job. Several explanations for these results are possible, many of which indicate that there is more involved than dietary choices.

What is known is that the bulk of foods proven to have a positive effect on brain power are vegetarian: avocados, pomegranates, blueberries, nuts, seeds, leafy greens, tomatoes and garlic are all excellent brain foods. The best non-vegetarian brain foods are fish like salmon and tuna, as well as eggs. Famous vegetarian and smart guy George Bernard Shaw was quick to note the cognitive superiority of the non-meat diet when he said, "A mind of the caliber of mine cannot derive its nutriment from cows."

i suggest you keep eating meat and be stupid.. it fits in to sinkie's traits and character...oh what am i saying.. you are indeed SINKIE.

High cholesterol is fine. After all, it is the cholesterol that helps regulate your hormones. More importantly is the ratio of good vs bad cholesterol. Make sure the good is higher than the bad. Besides cardio, u should also do resistance exercises. This will up your testosterone which in turn will preserve your youth. ;)

take a short course of lipitor
do your exercise regime
control your diet
when your HDL goes up
when your LDL goes down
tail off your lipitor into the dustbin
continue your exercise and diet
good luck

I did all of the above regularly and was surprised my good cholesterol goine down.

I ate triple Omega fish liver oil bought from GNS
I drank vitagen regularly
I am half vegan (hardly touch red meat)
I drank mineral water every day (in work place)

The only thing lacking is exercise. I have no time in the day, unless I jog at night which is pretty much tired already after work. So I slept most of the time when not working and lazy to go out after waking up.

Exercise is the thing you need. Start off slow and then increase intensity with time. You need an hour of cardio exercise every day. During exercise, you need to get your breathing and heart rate up to a strenuous level and be able to maintain that state for at least 30 minutes. Since you've not exercised in a long while, start slow first.

I jog at night too after a long day.

I don't think that jogging is the only route to health. Think about all the problems of running on a hard surface or breathing in the car exhaust you are inhaling. There are other simpler bodyweight exercises you can do at home like squats, push ups, lunges, isometric, ....

You can vary the repetitions & sets to make it as challenging.

you are either a vegan or not..there is no such thing as half vegan. why not just say you are half blood thirsty meat eater than before since you stay away from red meat.

Exercise is very important. You try regular exercise (twice a week) for about a month, and u will see improvement in your physique, mental alertness and sleep. A few reasons why exercise is good.

- sweat out the toxins. Sweat helps to remove toxins from the body. Helps to keep your skin clear and unclogged.
- cardiovascular health. Your heart is adjusted to work more effortlessly.
- lose weight. Obesity is linked to many illnesses. So when you lose weight, you are eliminating the root cause.
