I found some good deals via Internet but I'm not into condos so I didn't buy. Not sure why investors will want $1000 psf condos versus $500 psf very nearby. I think those waiting for the Matex durain to drop have to wait for a long time as I think developer is waiting for Medini launches to push up the psf.

there are still condos at <rm500 psf near city but these are old and don’t have modern facilities like infinity pools etc. Guess it’s the hype and buzz over luxury condo living for the first time in JB that’s getting people drawn
