Yeah. Speaking of this, maybe I didn’t take notice of other condos enough to look at their units layout but I find that the layout of matex units are quite “interesting” .If you look at the sectional layout from the top view, the corner units (2/3 bedders) “protrude” out and may even block the one bedder’s view partially, especially those directly adjacent to these corner units. B1 is totally rectangular and longish in shape and B4 is squarish and the rest a mix.
B1 is 14.5 meter long. C1 14.6 meter. This 2 units are side by side.
The more view the better for a condo.
Toilet also important. I do not find window in the studio toilet. Must find way to ventilate the toilet by fitting a fan to draw out the moisture.
The smell and moist must be draw out to make the studio comfortable.
