Anderson predicts Manchester United exodus

Manchester United outcast Anderson predicts several players could leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.

The Brazilian, who joined Fiorentina on loan during the January transfer window, has warned that some of the current squad may want out in a search for a new challenge.

Anderson, who arrived in Manchester from Porto seven years ago, failed to earn regular game time under new manager David Moyes with United struggling in their attempts to defend their Premier League title.

Although he is yet to taste victory as a Fiorentina player, Anderson hopes to move to Sere A permanently, expecting others to also eye an exit from United.

"I am sure that lots of players want out," he said.

"Especially people like myself and Nani, who have been in Manchester for seven or eight years.

"Manchester United is a huge club, a club that does everything for its players, but sometimes a footballer wants to leave just to experience a different way to play football and to learn something as well.

"Playing in Manchester was great, it is a prestigious club with a lot of history.

"But I was there for seven or eight years and I want to show Fiorentina my quality and fight for a spot in the starting line-up.

"I thank all Manchester United fans for their love, but I'm here to stay."

"I'd like to remind you that we've had bad times here," "The club stood by me. All my staff stood by me.
The players stood by me. So your job now is to stand by our new manager. That is important."

The main culprit is the Glazer family. Had they not put the club in such heavy debt, we would have been able to challenge Barca and Real Madrid for the past couple of seasons. CR7 would not want to leave Old Trafford. We would be able to attract the best players on earth and have no problem paying record breaking transfer fees. Fuck the Glazer! :oIo:

Roon and Mata cannot play together in central midfield. They're similar types. A better partner would be Carrick. Gollum should instruct Carrick to play further up in midfield and move Roon to a center forward position (since that is where he wants to play). The midfield assembly against Stoke lacks balance.

For a start, Moyes should know that you create your luck. With clueless tactics, you're not going to win. They ought to show more ambition in winning games and it begins with tactics and the players he selects. There are some who are eager to make a difference. Play them!

Anderson wants Fiorentina stay

Anderson: Few United chances under David Moyes

Anderson harbours no grudge against David Moyes over his lack of games at Manchester United but wants to stay at Fiorentina "for a long time".

Anderson joined Fiorentina on loan during the January transfer window after starting just two Premier League games for United this season.

The 25-year-old does not believe he was given enough opportunities to impress at Old Trafford over the past few months, but respects Moyes' decisions.

The Brazilian midfielder has made three appearances since linking up with Fiorentina and is hoping that he can earn a long-term deal with the Serie A club.

"To be honest, I've not had the chance," Anderson told The Sun regarding his time at Old Trafford under Moyes. "He gave me one chance or a half, but not a lot.

"He is the manager and I have to respect him. He treated me well and he has a lot of players.

"I have to play and have my chance. It is better for me at Fiorentina.

"The manager wants me and has shown his trust. I can show him my football.

"Even though the contract is only on loan, I want to stay for a long time.

"Fiorentina are a great team with an ambitious project. I want to win in Florence like important players of the past like Edmundo and Batistuta.

"Everyone knows Fiorentina can progress a lot in Italy and in European competition."

Fiorentina currently sit fourth in Serie A, lost 2-1 to Udinese in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final on Tuesday night and face Esbjerg in the last 32 of the Europa League later this month.

Montella is a smart coach........wonder why he wants Anderson........

Sometimes it is not the player. If the manager and coaching staff are shit, even the best players won't be playing at their fullest potential.

Prepare to see an exodus of players if Man Utd doesn't make the CL.

No CL = no money to keep up with the wage bill.
No CL = no pride = player asks for transfer request.

according to the Guardian, the top young players in Europe now...
will Januzaj blossom under tutelage of Moyes or he will turn stale?

Paul Pogba (FRA/Juventus Turin)
Julian Draxler (ALL/Schalke 04)
Romelu Lukaku (BEL/Chelsea, Everton)
Adnan Januzaj (BEL-ALB/Manchester United)
Raphaël Varane (FRA/Real Madrid)
Florian Thauvin (FRA/Marseille)
Gerard Deulofeu (ESP/FC Barcelone, Everton)
Marquinhos (BRE/PSG)
Luke Shaw (ANG/Southampton)
Kurt Zouma (FRASaint-Etienne) -

United's Vidic to 'move on' after season

Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic has confirmed that this season will be his last at Old Trafford.

Vidic, 32, is in the final six months of his current United deal and has decided to pursue a new challenge elsewhere, ending months of speculation about his future...........................

Utd can't afford to lose a leader like him. You can do away with Rio and Evra. Trouble ahead. He's just about the only defender that plays with conviction. The others are half fark.

Man Utd is going to break the record number of crosses in a game at this rate. Record is 49, already did 46 in the first half.

I think Man Utd will win or at least draw, don't worry.
