Malaysia is far more democratic... the only quirks are dealing with a constitutional monarchy (still cheaper to maintain than the appointed Istana puppet) and having to occasionally deal with some Muslim cleric blowhard spewing some 'insensitive' comments.

No Malays want Anwar, that is why they voted BN and PN.
No Chinese want BN PN or any malay based party. So if BN and PH combined to form govt, everybody has been played out both Malays and Chinese.
Next GE will be interesting as retribution to BN and PH will begin.
So who will benefit then?
In the meantime when a sitting MP dies there will be a by election. Straight away BN and PH will be punished and their razor thin majority will crumble.
