Loanshark & Runners run wild in Sinkieland!

Pics are all over Police Facebook site.

One of Interesting characteristics is that these harassers always carry a SLING BAG to keep their paint and markers stuff. So if you see anyone strange carrying a SLING BAG in your estate or floor...most likely this Twit is a loanshark runner carrying on his/her duty to splash paint! :D

This one from Police website even better... Wear blue stripes? Jailbird uniform? hahahaha.... Clowns need to be caned!!!

Malacca only have 8 cases of loanshark reported last year. And Police is tracking down 28 loanshark who borrow money to a bussinessman

Interesting than Singapore has 10000 harassment cases a year. I think the PAP government underestimated the ill Social Effects of the 2 casinos.

I believe that Mainstream Media is also hiding the fact of the damming effects of the 2 casinos on lots of people from young and old.

PAP made a Big mistake in opening these 2 hell casinos. Sad day for Singapore indeed.

Despite the arrest made, there is still the big shark lurking around

PAP has no political will to solve the loanshark issue. 10 years averaging 10000 harassment cases per year...THAT IS A FUCKING 100000 CASES!!!

The problem is that the Home Minister has no guts to do it.... unlike those days of the SS, this law is used and killed off all the SS.

Now, these batch of PAP ministers all do not care or have no political will to tackle a problem that plague ordinary citizens for decade with 10000 cases of harassment a year. Main stream media also hide the problem, Home Ministry cant be bothered...

I would really prefer the days where the police REALLY take stern action instead of now where the PR machinery just churned out shit. ACTION definitely speaks loudly than Words...Sigh

SINGAPORE - Police have arrested a 29-year-old man for involvement in loansharking activities.

He was arrested at Compassvale Road on Aug 31 at about 10.15pm. He was believed to be distributing flyers for loansharks.

Further investigations revealed that he had also committed loanshark harassment at a unit in Sembawang Estate by splashing paint and scrawling loanshark-related graffiti on the walls of the HDB blocks.

He will be charged in Court for loanshark harassment under the Moneylenders Act (Revised Edition 2010). First-time offenders found guilty of loanshark harassment shall be fined between $5,000 and $50,000 with mandatory imprisonment of up to five years and mandatory caning of up to six strokes

PAP has not shown it has the political will to bring down Loanshark Harassments to a reasonable level. 10000 cases a year is far too many. It has not fulfilled its duty as the governing party!

SPF lacks the direction from PAP to curb this issue!

SINGAPORE - Two men, aged 41 and 19, have been apprehended by the police in two separate cases regarding loansharking activities.

The 41-year-old man was scrawling loanshark-related graffiti on the wall of a HDB block on Sept 1 at about 9pm when a neighbour spotted him in the act.

Officers from Ang Mo Kio Division were alerted and the male suspect was subsequently detained in the vicinity after a search.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect was responsible for loanshark harassments such as graffiti threats around the HDB estates in Sengkang and Hougang.

The second case saw police officers arresting a 19-year-old suspect in the vicinity of Telok Blangah Height on Sept 2 at about 9.05am.

The arrest was made after investigations revealed his involvement with loanshark harassments around Serangoon North Estate.

Investigations against the second suspect is on-going.

The male suspect in the first case will be charged in Court on Sept 3 for loanshark harassment under the Moneylenders Act (Revised Edition 2010).
