Teh was too busy to visit. He is buying lots of weapons to welcome Harry. Even nuclear ones. Teh cant forgive Harry for not wanting to see him while he was detained by CPIB. To make matters worse, Harry directed CPIB not to give face to Teh. Once that was given, Teh kena jialak. Was told Teh even borrowed from ah longs down south to make sure he has enough to go nuclear. Same same - 20% interest.
