Re: Is PAP Breached Advanced Medical Directive (AMD) To Extract Political Mileage?

Keeping this evil old fart alive is also an economy. How many FTs gained employments and keep hiring more FTs security guards with jobs.

Keep hiring more FTs journalists to write porlumpar articles.

His death is economy, his funeral is economy, for more years to come his name is also economy. Many cruse and swear books will be written by his most hated enemies and sold in millions.

It will take more than 10 years to shit at his name and create new economy for many of his enemies.

PAP will hire more policemen, build more jailhouses (construction boom) to house more ISA victims.

One man death can create new economy for Singapore.

Does that mean that the AMD is was not carry out or old fart's suffering prolong to extract political mileage?

Just google mechanical ventilator, you can see tons of graphics of people on mechanical ventilator with tubes inserted.

Singapore's first Prime Minister remains sedated and on mechanical ventilation in hospital, and he is continuing with antibiotics, says the Prime Minister's Office.

SINGAPORE: Mr Lee Kuan Yew's condition has improved slightly, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement on Saturday (Feb 28).

"He remains sedated and on mechanical ventilation in the ICU at Singapore General Hospital. He is continuing with his antibiotics," said the PMO.

Mr Lee, Singapore's first Prime Minister, has been hospital since Feb 5, when he was admitted for severe pneumonia. On Friday evening, Minister for Communications and Information Yaacob Ibrahim said he was told Mr Lee's condition is "stable".

In a post on Facebook on Friday evening (Feb 27), Dr Yaacob wrote: "I understand that many people are concerned and anxious about Mr Lee Kuan Yew's condition. I have been informed that he is stable and that the doctors are monitoring him closely. In the meantime, let us continue to give him our well wishes and keep him in our prayers.

Mr Lee has been at the Singapore General Hospital since Feb 5. He was admitted for severe pneumonia and is now in the Intensive Care Unit, breathing with the help of a mechanical ventilator.

The Prime Minister's Office on Thursday said doctors have restarted him on antibiotics.

SINGAPORE: Mr Lee Kuan Yew - Singapore's first Prime Minister and former Minister Mentor - is still warded in the Intensive Care Unit at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH), the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) announced in a media release on Thursday (Feb 26).

"He remains sedated and on mechanical ventilation," said PMO. "His doctors have restarted him on antibiotics, and are continuing to monitor him closely."

Mechanical ventilation is the use of a ventilator to support patients in breathing.

Mr Lee, 91, was admitted to SGH on Feb 5 for severe pneumonia. During Chinese New Year in 2014, Mr Lee was hospitalised for an infection, fever and cough. And in 2013, he was admitted to hospital for a suspected Transient Ischaemic Attack, an episode where irregular heartbeat leads to a brief stoppage of blood flow to the brain.

SINGAPORE: Former prime minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew, has been hospitalised with severe pneumonia, but his condition has since stabilised, announced the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) on Saturday (Feb 21).

Mr Lee, 91, was admitted to Singapore General Hospital on Feb 5 for severe pneumonia. "His condition has stabilised and he remains on mechanical ventilation in the ICU. He is conscious and lightly sedated," the PMO said.

Mechanical ventilation is the use of a ventilator to support patients in breathing.

"His doctors are continuing to monitor his condition. PMO will keep the public informed of any change," it added.

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said he visited his father Saturday morning to wish him Happy New Year and a smooth recovery, as he did not see him on the first day of Chinese New Year on doctors' advice.

"This was the first year in a long while that we could not attend the Lee family reunion dinner," Mr Lee added on his Facebook page.

Other ministers took to social media to send their good wishes to the senior Mr Lee as well. Education Minister Heng Swee Keat urged his Facebook followers to wish Mr Lee a speedy recovery, while Minister for Social and Family Development Chan Chun Sing said: "Looking forward to him joining us again soon to celebrate SG50."

Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for Health and Manpower, also said on Twitter: "Our prayers are with Mr Lee Kuan Yew and his family and we hope he will get well soon!"

Not good news for him! He's still suffering and won't get better. Better to go than prolong the inevitable!

as a mere MP (no longer in the Cabinet or PMO) the PMO should not be issuing statements on his behalf. Let his wife or family or private secretary say it.

He's the king, the emperor, the founding father and the messiah of Singapore. The 60.1% wouldn't have it any other way. ;)

The vast majority of these "60.1%" are adult women above 20 and old men above 60:

followed by a small minority of men between 20 and 60 years of age who are:

2. Regulars in the SAF and SPF.
