is this a permanent shop ? What is opening day/time ? Roughly how many exotic animals there ?

Its a perm shop bro, its opening hours are like 11am to almost 11pm daily. Its like a mini zoo. you can easily spend 30 mins inside if you care to really look.

Alright, it's time for a boost of confidence for all you JB property owners!

Lastest report by HwangDBS Vickers Research, also featured on The Edge (with my special highlights, of course)

After reading it, how many of you feel your spirits invigorated and wanting pop the champagne?

Btw, I just got a call from the sales from PH Imperia about 3 minutes ago. According to him 57 units have been taken up, and he has one last 3BR facing harbour on the 10th floor. Anyone interested can check it out. Sales pitch or fact, you've to decide for yourself.

A link to my Puteri Harbour post a month ago.

Thanks for sharing HH_Lover. Most of my units will be for long term. At most, sell 1-2 max and keep the rest. Actually thinking of buying more but have been putting in too much into wifes business.

Maybe I should clarify my question.

I was curious as to whether filtered water is used for all household uses. Such as washing the car?
Or is it limited to only water coming into human contact e.g. brushing teeth, bathing, & showering? Or is it only for cooking & washing dishes:confused:

Hey Johnny, the reason why i prefer to use filters only at the major sinks is because we would then boil the filter water. It doesn't really make much sense for me if i have
to filter the water for the whole household including flushing the toilet. Try as we might to filter the water, enough contaminents may already be present in the water tank
anyway which is why i choose to put Osim filters at the sinks. The rest of the time, the unfiltered water can be used for everything else.

Thank you for alerting us of the BULLY.

Bros living in The Gateway, please beware especially if you are staying at Jalan Ambang 1. There is a arrogant young chap who drives a Silver coloured Kelisa with license plate number JJQ7280. Please give way to him even though he will drive on the wrong side of the road or takes short cuts and drives recklessly. it doesn't help that he has a P plate marking on his car.

I have a duty to warn everyone here so that everyone knows to give way to Mr Bigshot Kelisa - JJQ7280

Yeah for drinking and cooking only, I am still boiling the water before drinking. Just for added assurance.

Expensive?! Heehee I thought this is the cheapest around for alkaline water, that is why I bought. Heard those Diamond etc brands cost few thousands. Recently saw one brand at a Spore expo exhibition selling over one thousand SGD.

Can share more on your water filter? I know a bit late to do research for me who have bought, but just curious what are the six filters and volcanic system about? I just read my brochure my four filters contain one ceramic filter, one akali block filter, one ion exchange resin and lastly one mineral composition filter.

Your kind of filter both my sisters are using it, in Singapore. The lime material filter is pretty small and will break after extensive washing. So it is only suitable for consumptions and not for the whole house that include bathing and washing of clothes. For these I use the volcanic ash one.

The filter systems that I'm using, I get it at Sutera Mall. I think 2nd floor if I remember correctly.

Yeah. Diamond is very expensive. Not worth the money as compared to yours.

Been really busy recently, found that Nusa Duta still has some Semi-Ds left. Going to direct my friends there as they have been asking. I get asked so much questions these days i just send out a BCC update to friends. Made some good contacts with some government folks here and helped point one of my friends, my ex boss to them.

Welcome back bro Wuqi, it been a while since your last postings. Kind of quiet here these days.

Speaking of mooncakes, both HH and Nusa Duta recently had a mooncake event. Rainy day but turn out wasn't too bad. Lots of food and the one at HH even had taekwando and clown events as well as the setting off of "kong ming deng"

Yes, I drove in last week to attend this mooncake festiva event.. However when I was there, I couldn't find anyone.. It is because my calender told me it is held on Sunday but alas.. The event was over by Saturday... :(

Didn't know HH had another event for Hari Raya today, my neighbours went though. Free food for all. Had a fall recently one night while changing money, i guess its a mixture of being:1. Too tired (golf after work)2. Too stressed (boss)3. Needed to visit the loo urgently4. Too concerned with the amount of moneyIn the end, in front of a lot of people, yours truly knelt down. Still feel painful in joints and legs. Even with the intense pain, still have to drive and do errands that night. Went back and told wife, wife said i should have clasp both hands together and pretended to pray. Thanks dear...
Welcome back Bro. It's been quite for a while and suddenly .....POW..... 2 pages of post:smile: It 's the age pal. It catches up suddenly, before you know it you are so tired after a round of golf that even a glass of cold beer doesn't perk you up!!! Before this even 2 rounds and you still fell you can go back and do some work, even after walking 36 holes and beating the bushes to look for stray shots!!Thanks for the heads up regarding Mr. Kelisa.....Hope you are much better.....

Just as we are settling in some peace, I got this in an email from a kind but frightened Singaporean. It's filmed in an Indian makan shop in Shah Alam, Selangor.

It appears that laptops/mobile phones/cash/jewellery are most desired by those who steal for a living.

I fantasized about 4 prepared and armed people whacking the daylights out of them and leaving them to the police to then polish off... not at all a forgiving Christian reaction, not evolved enough obviously.

This says it for me:

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass – it’s about learning to dance in the rain.
Account from a Kansas State Trooper.

I made a traffic stop on an elderly lady the other day for speeding on US 166 Eastbound at Mile Marker 73 just East of Sedan , KS.
I asked for her driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance.
The lady took out the required information and handed it to me.

In with the cards I was somewhat surprised (due to her advanced age) to see she had a conceal carry permit.
I looked at her and asked if she had a weapon in her possession at this time.
She responded that she indeed had a .45 automatic in her glove box.

Something, body language, or the way she said it made me want to ask if she had any other firearms.
She did admit to also having a 9mm Glock in her center console.
Now I had to ask one more time if that was all, she responded once again she did have just one more,
a .38 special in her purse.

I then asked her what was she so afraid of?

She looked me right in the eye and said, "Not a damn thing!"

I feel damn angry whenever I see these kind of videos... no matter how vigilant we are, there's little we can do to prevent these from happening...

These people got no respect for the police, for myself or for human beings in general....

There's no end in capturing them... as they are multiplying like cockroaches....

The only way is through proper education, give everyone a chance for a job....

Amen....
