Thankfully Investor you atleast read me right
Cheers..
Actually i got annoyed when i was read wrongly and wanted to shoot off on a tangent. But then better sense prevailed and i chose to not get offended.
Yes i was talking about the sustainability of the city in the long term. Hence i spoke about economy, seed capital from govt, non existence of MNCs, lack of an efficient PTS, low wages, kampung economy etc. Nothing to do with criticising anyone.
And when i meant Iskandar i meant the whole of Iskandar, not just NusaJaya.
Also when the lady wrote that she could not even make the money she invested it got me worked up quite a bit considering her location was pretty decent and considering that the amount she had put in 10 years ago was a pretty huge amount. Cause just 4 years back properties were still available at 200k rm.
I believe JB has reduced my stress levels and possibly added a couple of years to my life. And i am happy for that.
Analytical Professor - From my reading of your previous post, I realized that your concern is more of the long term(5-25 years) 'sustainability' of this new city. Most of us have the confidence in capital appreciation of Nusajaya's properties for the next 5 years and I believe that you feel the same way too. It's just that you suddenly worry about longer term, am I right? If it's one, there's nothing to worry about as long as you enjoy it and moreover it has the magic to add a few more years to your life, that's the beauty of it don't you agree? QUOTE]
