So from first day scrapping off painting to second day painting to third day cleaning that’s total 8 hours plus over three days for a balcony ceiling painting for each time of painting. And this is the third time of painting ie easily 9 days of my time and effort on this since last year. Not full days but took up few hours each day.

I am back in jb for my balcony painting AGAIN. It’s 3.43 pm now and I am still waiting for the contractor to bring their equipment to start work when the appointment is scheduled 2 pm. Can you believe it they came late at 3.17 pm ie late for 1 hr 17 minutes without bringing proper equipment and then they say go back to take and still haven’t come back.

I am so glad that I sold my Nusa Duta and no need to deal with such contractor shit. One balcony ceiling painting for my jb condo also can’t do properly after so many times, house leaking and redo car porch and repainting for house will be 100x more shit.

Alamak I counted wrongly, today should be fifth time and tomorrow 10 am continue sixth time. And jb contractors now business so good they call the shot on the schedule no afternoon slots must be morning. True or not who knows? And so much trouble and effort for just a small thing - painting the balcony ceiling after rooftop waterproof done, can you believe it?

The last count sixth time and cleaning the next day took another one time ie seventh time and now today is eighth time I am spending a day doing this shit.
