I am back in jb for my balcony painting AGAIN. It’s 3.43 pm now and I am still waiting for the contractor to bring their equipment to start work when the appointment is scheduled 2 pm. Can you believe it they came late at 3.17 pm ie late for 1 hr 17 minutes without bringing proper equipment and then they say go back to take and still haven’t come back.

Okay they are back at 3.52 pm and finally starting work now.

I am so glad that I sold my Nusa Duta and no need to deal with such contractor shit. One balcony ceiling painting for my jb condo also can’t do properly after so many times, house leaking and redo car porch and repainting for house will be 100x more shit.

At least I can watch YouTube in my jb condo while waiting for them to come and do their job. Try waiting one hour for contractor to show up at a vacant house with dirty sofa, no remote with battery to turn on Aircon and get bitten by mosquitoes.

Omg instead of sanding down the old paint properly before painting, the Indian foreign worker started painting the ceiling by himself without any supervision and he painted the white paint onto the beige walls. Luckily I managed to stop him and had to spend 30 minutes to supervise him to clean it up and asked him to call back the Malaysian worker, who is his boss.

I told off the Malaysian Chinese worker for no proper supervision and what happened and told him to sand it properly before painting and he didn’t even say sorry. He just said he can’t sand today because no equipment and said tomorrow. I said the appointment is today and they are late for two hours and tomorrow I am not free. He said he can’t do today and then he left. The Indian worker pour the clean wall water onto the kitchen and dirtied my kitchen sink and I told the Malaysian Chinese worker and again gave me a blank stare.

Ridiculous indeed this lousy Malaysian contractor hired by the management office is so lousy and lazy don’t want to properly remove paint before painting resulting in all these holes each time and wasting my time again and again.

And now the condo cleaners just came and will be cleaning the balcony again from hand marks to white debris on the floor when nothing is done except shit.

Then I went to eat at eatery downstairs. Although shop looks empty with only a few customers, waited long long more than half hour - my tea from hot to totally cold by the end of meal. The eatery has no Aircon and looks and feels like coffee shop. Paid Rm18.60 for sotong rice with miserly few pieces of sotong - five or less - a fried egg and teh si kosong. Where’s the cheap and good food in Malaysia??
