Ya..unexpected it, RM$9 some more. titter.gif

From an avid star wars fan, star trek into the dark was excellent. 5 stars for me.

Anybody living jb and don't have car to go sg work?
Is the transportation very troublesome?
Sg private condo is damn expensive. How much pay for a simple Terrance at setia tropika?

Have Japanese food 4-5 times a week.

Must avoid those big fish like Tuna. Mercury level too high.

Now my favourite resturant in Singapore is Tonkichi by Sapporo Lion.

Ah another niigata brew, asahiyama. :)
Manju of course?

There's a Singapore Property website called SRX.

Have you guys tried it?

Is there a similar one for JB properties so that I can easily search any landmark and see the developments surrounding it?

Last time when I go to Anjung, I don't see any Sg cars even though the car-park was quite packed.
Yesterday(Sat), early in the morning at 9.30am, the car-park was quite empty but yet there were quite a few Sg cars.

Most probably going Legoland as I saw the carparks there filling almost to the brim at about 5pm. Was at Anjung Mydin around 9.30pm, lots of Sg cars still.
No wonder Iskander properties still selling like hotcakes. Good news for those vested. Mindsets are changing!

A lot of them are Malaysian SPRs.. Their buying power could be much higher than most local Singaporeans..

Can tell by this acid test - those who park head in are Msian SPR, those who reverse park are Singaporean - generally true but of course, there are exceptions lah..

Normally in MY, I love to park head in too unless parking lot too narrow which will then be easier to park backside in first.
No wonder Sg parking lots usually rather narrow compared to MY, as 'they' can screw us from behind cos' we have to park backside in first! Ouch!

Ha ha!

Head in for me mostly, from the days spent driving overseas. My dad disapproved, until he came out here and saw the locals doing the same. I will still do the reverse in method in Singapore but here, I automatically switched to head first.

Agree, more and more flexing their financial muscles especially a certain group from a small town known for their politicians.
