Hello homeinjb,
My take is chasing it will get you nowhere but only more frustration.
Looks like some big shot who like your corner unit pulled some strings and the powers that be gave in to him. A bumi gets further 15% discount on top of that. It is indeed unusual that international lot becomes bumi lot. In fact the bankers who processed your loan could not have got it wrong. It would have originally been like what Chris said to you, ie international lot. Thus sounds like someone made the switch. It is hard to get a corner lot in HH these days. May I ask if is a new phase launch?
Poor chris. He was not able to explain, hence ask Management to, who in turn sounds to be avoiding it. Best go see them face to face but go with this defeat in mind to not be disappointed. Hope they will waive all your fees incurred.
Well, the hope remains that the person who liked your unit unlike it, and a reversal happens. It can happen.

hi, I think the same, changes are very slim, furthermore most of the developer prefer selling to local to preserve foreign quota, but selling as bumi lots is a disadvantage for them, perhaps buying for profit taking due to the higher asking price now. If not mistaken, most of the bumi lots in Nusa Duta will be taken out by bumi due to the high different price now, less than 500k for bumi, who in the wrong mine would not want?

HI!

I am now looking for some contractors to renovate my house. Really search until head big big!

Does any one have any contacts who do the awnings? Pergola type - Wooden or Iron. Or any good suggestion? I had one contractor quoted me one for the master bedroom's balcony and one for the back yard's patio, cost me RM 76,000, using wood and glass. So expensive!

So, any of the brothers and sisters here did before? Can pass me some of your contact?

Thank you very much.

JOHOR police have set up a hotline for Singaporeans to call if they run into trouble or fall victim to crime in the Malaysian state across the Causeway.

The 24-hour line - 07-2212999 - will be manned by staff who can handle calls in English, Malay, Mandarin and Tamil.

Johor police have promised to respond to a call for help within 15 minutes.

The hotline was set up following a recent dialogue between the Malaysian High Commissioner to Singapore, Mr N. Parameswaran and Johor police chief Mokhtar Shariff.

They discussed various steps to take to counter crimes in Johor and to create a safe environment for both Malaysians and foreign visitors.

'The High Commission hopes that the serious efforts being continuously undertaken by the Johor Police authorities would help reduce the incidence of crimes in Johor state and would also create conditions conducive to the easier movement of people and goods between Malaysia and Singapore,' said a statement from the Malaysian High Commission here on Friday.

Apologies all round to you Sir Wuqi, as well as good bros Arsenal,DoA and Ms Crystal that my misreading of #9542 #9543 #9546 got u all entangled in a messy web. U are all really lovable people.

Btw, posted a message when I debutted in this forum but it has gone AWOL. Will recollect what I said n repost it later. Cheers.

I am no knight and certainly cannot fit in any armour with my girth hahaha. I am very comfortable with my sexuality so no issues with sailormoon once in a while. Once we had a staff who came to office dressed like Jupiter or something. Hilarious and one of the managers wanted her to change, i told them it was ok and she had a field day.

Hi Ms Trii

Welcome to this forum . may i know which development u bought ?

At first, I thought you were just not so refined with your words but mean no harm and want to keep this forum for genuine sharing of facts.
However you may not realize that your statement is offensive to forummers of other nationalities who contributed wholeheartedly to this forum.

I cannot comprehend how hillside's comments have been construed as disturbing, just because he is not regular here and therefore could be a clone and not entitled to speak up when controversy arises?!

Imagine that the topic is "foreigners living in Singapore" and Singaporeans are told to shut up because it is meant for foreigners only!!
Please show respect and others shall reciprocate, one is never too old to learn.

its singaporeans livng in jb .

Please show respect and others shall reciprocate, one is never too old to learn. - this msg should get to their life and yours too!

we have already to move on so please dun be a stirrer and start all this over again !

thanks for your help!

Just to clarify somethings, i am SPR working in SG now, i stay in SG during weekday and stay in nusajaya in weekend, still consider living in JB but just not use to the morning traffic at this moment, it take less than 10 mins to my office now, and the cost of of commuting dairy vs rental a room in Singapore is not much different for my case, i don't spend much during weekday except simple meal and i don't have much time to spend here, most of the time working, sleeping, watching downloaded movie and suffing, hence i don't ready bother about the high cost in Singapore, i spend most of my expenses during weekend in Malaysia and enjoy the space and freedom. Worst, most of the weekend i travel aroung malaysia and hardy stay in my house in JB. I do encourage and assist most of my friend Foreigner, SPR, Singaporean, Malaysian, FW or FT to buy house in Nusajaya, it wouldn't goes wrong if you buy within your mean.

Well, no point arguing since you do not want to reflect for your own good.
If clarifiying is interpreted as stirring, then you win already lor.

Do the right thing, identify the clones by publishing evidence just like what DOA did, condemn and remove advertisers just like what Wuqi and others did.
Don't anyhow shoot, ok. Peace:)
