it took Alex about 10 years to win a title and build his foundation.
10 years? Not that long. He took over as manager in 1986 and won the old European Cup Winners Cup in 1991 (against Barcelona under John Cryuff), and won his first EPL in 1993. Since then, hardly look back.
so who after Alex for Man Utd ???
no successor in sight,who know they may also suffer the same fate with Liverpool after Alex retires.
he also cannot go on forever.

That's an interesting question for Manchester United. Liverpool had Bob Paisley after Bill Shankly was gone, but lost the plot after Bob Paisley was gone. Manchester United should think about it.
