Your first eg btw was not a court judgment. It was the legal opinion of the AG at that time.I have read many judgements including one that says being inside a polling station is not the same as being within 100metres of one and that waving a police report during an election rally is defamation and that making a statement privately cannot be considered to be a private statement.
You believe judgements when they suit you and discredit them you don't. It's a fair game to play in politics but it won't fool me.
Anyways back to your main point, this is a generalisation copout.
