Serious Lawrence Wong - Please TABAO!

Thanks to covid, my takeaway kitchen business has increased a lot over the past few weeks.

Average of 20 cases per day for the next 30 days = 600 cases. :frown:

While we are looking at 432 cases since 23 Jan, I don’t know if we can hit 4 digits by 21 April.

I have experienced mers sars h1n1 and now covid in the frontline and all I can say is looking at just the community numbers of an avg of less than 10 a day and assuming the imported cases were not allowed to roam around after they disembarked from the airport, the situation has plateaued...all it needs is for the govt to enforce the wearing of masks(there are believers and non believers for this but the north asian countries force everyone to wear one at work and so far their infection rate has also plateaued or are near zero), limit social gathering (there are still wakes and funerals) and lastly close all hawker centres (aka tar pow) and the crisis will be controlled...many of us have already been exposed somewhat and already acquired some form of natural antibody against the virus...next spike will come again if test kits are made available to all gp...obviously the Jews want this to go on they are profiteering form the financial markets every way

With the March holidays coming to an end, I reckoned we’ll be back to happy days again :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Something big. I am guessing number of new cases jumped in last 24h. And also more community spread cases.

They are moving slowly towards what is happening elsewhere in the world.

Hawker center who will enforce sit 1m apart?

People share tables usually round.
1m not enough. must be at least 6.9 feet as when sinkies kong jiao wei they pui chao nua over 1m and sometimes 6.9m for those drinking tiger beer.

Hope I am wrong. But with 20 - 40ish cases per day.....

These 20-40 numbers should taper off by next week or so, I concur with the figures quoted by @knowwhatyouwantinlife and if that’s the case, the actual numbers could hover around 10 - 15 on average a day, so hopefully we #flattenthecurve properly and keep total cases within 3 digits and not 4 digits in 30 days.

Take care and be safe in the frontline.

Yes, the government needs to enforce the wearing of masks in public, not tell us not to wear them unless sick. As I have mentioned, my business partners in China could not believe our government told us not to wear masks.

Especially of you guys are still out and about going through life as per normal seeing crowds and going to USS and the Zoo pubs restaurants etc.

Wearing a mask is better than not wearing a mask.

It is a worrying sight indeed. Yes, people going about as if there was no virus. Like you mentioned, clustering at pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and nearly everywhere else. No masks, not a care. Only know how to hoard and panic buy. Are sinkies really that daft? Did the government create generations of daft sinkies?

No. Generations of sinkies created Singapore and the PAP.

PAP policies truly represent what Singaporeans want.

As I have said many times. Singaporeans care more about money than anything else.

Exponential growth not linear, when it was 100,there was 10 cases a day,now 40.....soon it will be 100 cases a day then 400 then 1000.....then mama Mia,here we go again.

Love money is only half the problem, the other half is kiasee and hum ji and all possess the not in my backyard not my problem mentality ultimately leading to disintegration and disunity.

In the beginning, people chose the pap because they wanted a better life and also due to the forceful character and charisma of ah gong. They issued a blank cheque.

Yes, the people created a monster. But this monster, like intelligent AI, took on a life of its own. And here we are today.

Your guess is as good as mine :coffee::coffee::coffee:
Like I said, I hope I am wrong. But unfortunately, facts and data do point to exponential growth everywhere else. We won't be spared.
