Suddenly Laura Ong is the chief villain.
This seems to be what PAP and the SG media are presenting.
Did Michael Palmer, the predator, abused his position and power to get sex from LO?
Did Laura, the prey, submit to Michael because he was Speaker of Parliament?
Did Laura get preferential treatment by giving sex? Doesn't this sound similar to NBG/CS's case?
Do we need CPIB to come in to investigate??
There are a lot of question surrounding Laura Ong.
She is 32 and already a director to start with. Does she really have the necessary experience and skill set to be placed into this position?
Questions also arises from the China bonding trip, with many photos showing her with friendship bonding with Teo Ser Luk. I would really qustion if there are others than Michael Palmer in her basket.
Throughout the whole event, what I see is an immature woman romanticise about relationship with men of "success". The relationship to her is not adultry but more of a forbidened love which makes it more exciting than usual. the published text messaging between her and Michael Palmer further shows the playful part of her seeking excitement of risk of being found out.
Certainly the consequence of the matter has never crosses her mind, which is demonstrated with the photos of her in flirting mode with Teo Ser Luk, this is happening while she isalready having an affair with Michael Palmer while in relationship with another man.
If there is a certain factor contribution to her rise to a "prominant" post, it is not her capability or experience, but her people skill with the "successfuls".
