some live in abject poverty..some children dont have proper food and nutrition and their health suffers...all these will show up in their adult lives.
some elderly singaporeans have to go around like beggars collecting drink cans and cupboards
some sick singaporeans choose not to b e treated because of the high medical costs as they do not want to burden their struggling children.
