The russians are treated as non bumis and their rights violated. Russian language prohibited. Russian speakers used to control ukraine until the 2014 violent uprising and coup of a elected president. After thst, it was a long civil war. No settlement. So putin must come in to sort things out.

That is the inconvenient truth that the biased western pro-Ukraine media tries very hard to gloss over. The reality is that Russia felt seriously threatened by NATO through Ukraine's de facto membership and also its very pro-USA stance.
