I know plenty of people who are very vocal about supporting the PAP. I had such a colleague, a very staunch supporter. Would always defend the PAP when anyone criticised them.

Funny thing was when Australia changed the PR rules she quit her job in Spore & went back to Australia so that she could keep her Australian PR status:p

I think this staunch supporter of PAP of yours has finally realised that, through the years (kenny rogers), singapore is no longer a home anymore with the ridiculous overwhelming pouring in of foreigners ..... diluting what it means to be a singaporean.:(

More likely it is sell high buy high. Unless you have more than one property. Then you can time the selling and buying of properties. If you have only one property, more important is what do you need to service your loan and what percentage of your income is this payment. People with more than one property do not know what the majority with only one property is going through. Sigh.
