Serious Johor Property Market Crashing After HSR Cancelled! All Because Singapore Will Not Allow Jiuhu Bumi Cronyism!!!

There is another thing i dun like is that Sg do not agree that the line station located near the KL airport. That is a weird disagreement. It is in Malaysia ground, why putting a station near the KL airport leads to a rejection by the sg side. This is absurb on the sg side.

It is not that they put a station at a weird location, it is near the airport and airport is a landmark and is functionally logical to locate a station there.

Good to let sg go and dun let sg get near to this project.
There is a good reason I think why KL wanted the HSR to pass through KL airport. They merely wanted to extend existing ERL, the KL- airport rail, southward. Saving land acquisition and time. From KL airport, it's only 100km southward to Malacca city, then muar, batu pahat and JB. The current ERL already using standard gauge as it uses Siemens train. Ideal for high speed train. KTM on the other hand, uses narrow 1 metre gauge rails. The fastest 1 metre gauge trains can only go maximum 160km/ hr.

Yes, in the end I feel that we are carting away money to Malaysia.

Do they have any trading rights or trading license given to Singkie?
Under british rule, sinkie was the unofficial capital of malaya. All ktm trains end at tg pagar port. To export rubber and tin. This is where movies, trading, main airport, port, university of malaya etc was sited.

Singapore is a trading port with lots infrastructure. Of course the British will make good use of this trading facility and position has all along.

I think Singapore is the defacto capital for The Malaya.

It was meant to be that way. The other port of substance in malaya in the old days was penang. But fecades of malay rule neglected that trading post.
Port klang is just a recent development.
Tunku Abdul Rahman had to take a flight to London from singapore.and MSA( malaya singapore airlines hq was in sinkie.)

the title speaks for itself: farmers refuse to plough the land but blame sky & weather for the wasteland it becomes!

why'd sillypore agree the hsr station in klia airport where changi airport serves as int'l flight hub?
such agreement is telling all to take klia but apply hsr into sillypore!

in 1st place, ....... sillypore oledi agreed to sponsor 100% in trains, routes & both stations (iskandar & jurong) . . . . and guarantor for bolehland for hsr loan from jb to kl.....
though najib wanted ah loong to stretch his warrantee from kl to kedah, knowingly that he will jahboh once $ arrives in his 1mdb
of cos, this deals oso c/w many other gimmicks in the pipelines like erecting the 3rd & 4th bridges into sillypore
then all was burst....

obvious, ........ sillypore has her agenda ie. developing iskandar into modern hi-tech medical hub
that mainly serves as "retirement town/village" for the wealthy cpf-loaded sinkies for the next 20-30yrs
hence, jurong had its medical hub so it can facilitate medical resources & supplies easily, being transported from jurong to iskandar and convenience patients movements!
however, security concerns are utmost critical bet. 2 stations ie. customs & border control
. . . . . this explains why sinkie gahmen was willing to increase budget more than twice on iskandar station design & built.

now that all about hsr bet. sillypore & bolehland is burst . . . . its obvious a convenient tool for bolehland politicians to blame sillypore whilst distractions from their fragmentations.............

in fact, does klia serve the right purpose in the 1st place?

should bolehland gahmen give up klia or m'sia airline?

this is also the same question that sillypore gahmen should answer about sia . . . . $millions are now keep pouring in to bail the airline businesses

I dontch really get it. If PAP is so sure of its viability, they can still proceed with the project on their own, with their own plans. No need to have kl gomen except to assist in various land acquisition and planning permission.
Jakarta to bandung HSR built and will be operated entirely by china is a example for PAP to consider.

remember, jb is ruled by state sultan but governed by central gahmen in kl
you really think anyone or even country sillypore gahmen can do what they want even after acquired lands?
and you really assured that signed permission will not be overturned under such fluidity gahmen?
wah cow! it is becoz of such roti prata law & gahmen in m'sia (and now in thailand) that make world investors siam far far away!

what example? pappy will be even more idiotic for such example!
hsr in jakarta to bandung by the chinese, of coz . . . . china just wanna secure their precious lands & resources upfront using their worthless rmb
this is oso why joko decided to switch their capital outta jakarta
and even nobody can be sure the hsr will help the country or even ever exist !!!

neither pappy is so sure, or even jb sultan himself . . . . unless jb is severed from m'sia henceforth ties from gahmen - and that will not happened (almost >35yrs ago)!
fyi - indon gahmen oso whacked sillypore as for their distractions like what m'sia gahmen always does

I must say, since DAP and dr m came to power and started mass cancellations or review of najib's projects, it dampened the economy, and eith current rempit gomen still doing same thing but not as extensive. Its a negative for the country stuck in political stalemate. No more big gomen.

recent quotes from mahati not only offended china, but crowned himself "terrorist leader" 2nd to 2:30 (on his country drug wars) . . . .

anyway, pappy oledi knew hsr wun be happening in bolehland, they willingly discussed & delayed the kickoff, even extended "goodwill" on replacing "penalty fees" with more investments into jb & iskandar but was denied by central gahmen dr mahti himself !!!!!
this also explained why jb sultan used that lockok proton saga (w/o aircon some more) to fetch him and then rejected akong's position . . . . though it was his turn.

its a shame to call-off the hsr..... but there should be something done on transport links bet. jb & sillypore!
its quite a shame that there's 1 miserable tuas bridge besides geneva conventional ruling for causeway bridge!

meanwhile, m'sia agrees to go into country emergency mode liao at this moment!
no more parliament, politics etc. for next 6mths! some stupid move by muhiyyadin cahoot with his king against his enemies

Yes, Malaysia after Mahathir is in a mess.
But think of it this way. If China grab the balls of Najip, Singapore will suffer further and much more. Just imagine their tentical of railroad spread all the way TO Singapore? Another scenario, if there is a conflict between US and China. These PRC will certainly park their warship at Malacca port which they have build.

So count your blessing, the blessing of 2nd born is always greater then 1st.

They already have started work on the RTS between jb and woodlands. So its a good first step.

If jurong station goes ahead, I think it should serve not Just the HSR, but commuter trains ftom various parts of johore too.

no way any prc vessels will be here!
sillypore invested $ and time to equip tuas naval base + div 5 in 1985 - 2005; ready to service the us carrier (& its entire formation)!
in fact, the island had welcomed not 1 but 3 us aircraft carriers during that decade . . . . one even ventured into east cost that aroused int'l photo sessions and news...
what happened? whole of asean boycotted sillypore & public warnings, political threats, trade wars etc. against that move.....
thereafter, sillypore "reinvested" into anz for f16s etc.

china wun bother to grab najib's balls (he has none by the way) . . . . coz they'd rather go for mnl, bkk, hcm to pathe for the silkroad instead

This just shows mudland needs singkieland more than singkieland needs mudland

JOHOR BAHRU: With Malaysia's COVID-19 immunisation programme under way, Johor's chief minister hopes negotiations on travel arrangements between the country and Singapore will resume.

"Opening of borders, the green travel bubble, all other arrangements should be considered upon completion of vaccination," Hasni Mohammad told reporters before receiving his vaccination on Monday (Mar 1).

He added that those who received the COVID-19 vaccination would be given a certificate as proof.

Several states in Malaysia remain under COVID-19 restrictions which limit or prohibit interstate and inter-district travel.

Hasni emphasised that any decision to reopen borders should take into account the Health Director-General’s statement that the government would only revisit the movement control order (MCO) when 80 per cent of the population has been inoculated.

Coordinating Minister for Malaysia’s National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme, Khairy Jamaluddin, said separately on Monday that registration for the vaccine remains low.

So far, about 1.5 million people have registered for the vaccination via the MySejahtera mobile app. This is about 6.1 per cent of the 80 per cent target set for the country.

Khairy said this percentage is expected to increase after Mar 5, when registrations can be conducted over the phone and online.

Singapore on Feb 1 suspended reciprocal green lane (RGL) arrangements with Malaysia, Germany, South Korea for three months.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said Singapore regularly reviews its border measures to manage the risk of importation and onward local transmission of COVID-19 from travellers. The RGL arrangements will be reviewed at the end of the suspension period.

Malaysia citizens who are permanent residents working in Singapore were eligible to apply for the Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA) scheme from Jan 11 this year.

Previously, the PCA was open only to Singaporeans and Malaysians who hold long-term immigration passes in the other country.

The scheme allows Malaysian workers in Singapore to apply for short-term leave after working in Singapore for at least 90 consecutive days.

NajibJohor Menteri Besar Hasni Mohammad, however, has suggested the rail line proceeds from Kuala Lumpur, but up to Johor Baru only, saying it can still benefit the domestic market .But Rehda’s Mr Wong disagrees, saying the shorter line is not justifiable as it would not bring as much economic impetus as the full line to Singapore.

Mr Mohammad is a moron. The jewel of this deal is for cheapo Sinkies to buy their 2nd home in cheap Malaysia. Without Singapore in the rail, the rail is as good as useless.

Instead of tg puteri, they can build hsr station next to RTS station that links jb to woodlands, or current ktm station in jb.. That will serve sinkie passengers giving tbem option on ehether yo take the slower but cheaper service yo KL via ktm or faster more expensive one via batu pahat malacca KLIA ( airport) to KL.
The bone of contention is the cost of jurong station, rail track and bridge to tg puteri.

The bone of contention is Malaysia has no money after the 1MDB joke.
Agree, eventually this HSR thing will never see the day of light. They will just implement the cheaper alternative by electrification and building double tracks of the existing KTM line.

That currently is being constructed.
Double tracking and electricification was initiated way back in 2002. Badawi cancelled it when he became PM otherwise it could have gone sll the way to tg pagar. No need for jurong station.

All jiuhu ministers are morons. They are only ministers simply because of their m&d race and mohammedan religion. None are in their position by merit.
