The flour itself is already damn unhealthy shit and the way they prepare the prata leaves much to be desired. The dude flip prata with his bare hands but the heat from the pan is not strong enough to kill whatever pathogens there is on that bugger's fingers. Who knows he just took a nice dump and went straight to the kitchen to prepare ur prata without properly washing his hands

This morning during my regular get-together with my kakis at a mamak restaurant in Serangoon Central, we noticed a new helper, a young Indian Muslim. We chatted him up and this simple minded guy revealed he is from JB. He comes to Singapore stays for a few days and then returns home. He repeats this process often. He has no work permit or clearance from NEA. I wonder if ever MOM or NEA officers are doing their jobs? How many such illegal workers are in Singapore? Must a mass food poisoning occur before the authority steps in?
