Official number of Hamas soldiers killed 371 so far.
No sane person supports Hamas. It's the Palestinians who are the collateral damage, it's the ethnic cleansing that the world is outraged by. 1:10 civilian kill ratio is way disproportionate for an Israeli response targeted at Hamas.
Unless you believe like @orr mee suah that 1 Israeli life is worth 30 Palestinian lives. In which case I have nothing to say

If the civilian casualties are as high as u make it out to be...how many are the human shields used by Hama's? And how many are killed by Hama's? And why are the Palestinians now working with the Israelis to get rid of Hama's?

Your third question: because Hamas does not fight in the interest of the Palestinians. Hamas does not want a 2-state solution. Neither does Israel. So you have a battle of evil, a tragedy unfolding in which the real victims are not the Zionists or Hamas but the millions of stateless Palestinians who have been subjected to brutal occupation since 1948.

The Hamas assault has more or less killed the 2-state solution and given Israel carte blanche to invade and destroy and re-occupy Gaza. Land in the West Bank is already being forcibly encroached and settled by Israelis, gradually shrinking by the day.
