I have not read it's classification. There are various classifications to hadiths.
- sahih meaning sound
- Hasan meaning good
- daif means weak
- maudu' means false or fabricated.
As long as it not sahih, I put it aside. Hadith has a systematic methodology of classifications with cross-reference, chains of narrations, integrity of narrators, chronology of those chains of narrators etc. Strong and sound hadiths has many chains through different narrators which sometime quite almost exactly verbatim, even across geography.
There is no other Hadith about this topic as far as I'm aware. We clearly now that many in the past love fabricating hadiths.
