My IQ and EQ is extremely low. Probably lowest among the members in the forum. Has nothing to do with my race I am quite sure.

There are some really smart people and really dumb people in a Race.

The important factor is the average.

Example :
West Average IQ is = 100
1 standard deviation (SD) is 15 IQ Points.
10% of +1 SD = 115 IQ Points
1% of +2 SD = 130 IQ Points
and so forth.

Imagine Arab average IQ is = 85
10% of +1 SD = 100 IQ Points
1% of +2 SD = 115 IQ Points

So there are not enough smart people to run the country. Worst is most of the people have an average IQ of 85. Have you ever tried talking sense to a person with an IQ of 85?

So to govern a population of average IQ of 100 and an average of 85 is totally different. There is no comparison.

Fun Fact
There is no progressive low IQ country in the world.
If I am a m&d, I will definitely reject such studies. But all the facts, figures, statistics, behavior stated quite clearly.
