Attire at work depends on the nature of the business. Bank? Advertisement company? Engineering? Government office? Unless one is a goondu, most people here comply with the company's dress requirements. In some offices, Fridays are "casual" mode. It is worth noting too that young people (men and women) may be a little more trendy and sometimes be over-expressive in dress styles, but that is more a faddish thing of youth.
