Pasar Malams in old Singapore allows citizens to buy cheap food cheap goods in the roadside stalls ..... now Pasar Malams in new Singapore skin and chop citizens and FTs carrotheads with expensive food and low ses items at higher prices in the brightly decorated stalls ..... this is "evolution".
