Anyone who speaks against the King of the island shall be deemed a clone of another who also speaks against the King.
All dissidents regardless of the number shall be grouped together and deemed the clone of just one person so that at any one time there is only one dissident.
The King remains truthful and popular among his subjects as there is only one dissident.
