According to the latest resale levy policy:
“As announced on 3 March 2006, the resale levy is now set at a fixed amount of between $15,000 and $50,000, based on the flat type of the 1st subsidised flat.”
HDB has already made a profit by selling Singaporeans flats at inflated prices. And now they even want to “profit” from the resale of the flats !
