1) Competition from QB House, EC House and CB House etc. (even these '10 min House' barbers are victims to #2...)
2) Aggressive barber price cutting war from Snip Avenue and other similar franchise barber shop-hair salon hybrids. You can't beat $2.80 for a haircut.

just realise those 2.80 to $3 + barber shops are crampy. it also smells very carcinogenic. ventilation is terrible!!
