Of course multiple defects are expected. Everything has been outsourced: this contractor does the windows, that contractor does the electrical wiring, another contractor does the tiles, yet another contractor does the false ceiling. There is no coherence, no consistency.
In any case, the new flats are quite crap: claustrophobia-inducing kitchen, very narrow corridors and a crummy balcony for sunning your laundry. Oh, and there's that retarded bomb shelter which is mostly used as a storeroom. I went to a few housewarmings and I was most definitely not impressed.
