Was he our dear Justice Pao Yong Pung How, altho I thot Old Man tries to be careful not to mix the executive branch with the judiciary. But of cos, he is the most powerful asshole in this country, so he can do what he likes.

Plus Ah Seng also lend him his G5 to makan angin to brunei, Uk etc. Otherwise how Ah Seng got his arse saved during 1998 finanacial crisis when nearly went bankkrupt by asking mun leong to buy all his distresed assets at high price..
