A) They are doing jobs that Singaporeans do not want to do. Although this is partly true, the PAP have not only brought these type of FTs in, they have also brought in FTs that take jobs that Singaporeans want to do, like PMET and other white collar jobs.

Yes and no.
There is a shortage of PMETs as well as singkies are also picky about these jobs while many FTs are willing to do these jobs for much less with less tendency to job hop that cause real problems to businesses.

CPF is the social net so its unfair for you to say there is no social net in place.
Japan is having serious problems now and it is not getting any better. Japan can only decline in the coming decades and there is no turning back for them.

Truth is, we do benefit with these economic boosts. Had there been no FTs, there will be many jobless Singkies around. Much worst than you can imagine.
These FTs do repatriate but they also spend most of their money here. We would rather have economic growth and jobs and let them repatriate some money than have no jobs and businesses.

D) We have declining birth rate, and hence we have to import FTs. Yes, we do need new people, but these FTs are not planning to stay around. They plan to make their money and then leave, and there is no way they will stick around and allow their precious sons to do National Service.

Some will move on, some will stay, just like any country. Do we have a choice? Don't import at all? Thats silly.

On the eve of NDP, I thought this would provide some perspective on the propaganda and self back slapping that the PAP is shovelling on everyone.

Much has been said about the FT policies instituted by the PAP. They have waxed lyrical on the reasoning, logic and wisdom of their policy. There are these above reasons more, but we will not delve into it. Instead, I want to attempt explain why these policies are being implemented.

The fucking moron is too stupid to understand complex issue

A)Bringing in FT to solve problems of jobs no one want. As for PMETs, bringing in FTs to provide cover for jobs we do not have sufficient manpower or expertise. The fact that our unemployment rate is at 2% more then justify it

B)To support an aging population you need services like nurses and healthcare personal not just money hence the need for FTs

C)The REAL INCOME(income AFTER inflation) of the average Singaporean have gone up year by year, how is the average Singaporean NOT benefiting from it. The only group that DIDN'T benefit from it is the bottom 10% You are complaining about 10% not benefiting from it when about 90% of it had it better

D)This is the dumbest comment of all. Only the average short sighted moronic Opposition and their supporters cannot see the benefit. Why in the world do you want FTs to stay after their retirement. We bring them in and have them spend their best and most productive years contributing to our growth and when they are old and useless dump them back to their own country to leech on their country's resource instead of ours. Why any idiot would want them to retire here is anyone's guess.
