The censorship method is DNS filtering so if you want to bypass all censorship just stop using the ISP's DNS and switch to Google's or Cloudflare's. There is no compulsion to use your ISP's DNS and they are crap anyway with high latency compared to the servers run by the big boys. The routing is never the most efficient route.

The servers are all free and speed up your connection at the same time because they resolve the addresses with less latency.

On a phone there is an app that does all the settings for you. Just go to https://1.1.1.1 and install the app.

If you're using a computer to access the net all you have to do is to change the default DNS from the ISP's to cloudflare which is 1.1.1.1

It takes less than 30 seconds.
