9. Is land cost added to construction cost charged to developer/owner?
10. How is a developer selected, by tender?
11. Who are the employers of the FWs housed in a dorm?
12. Are employed FWs by an employer grouped together or randomly dispersed with other FWs employed by other employers?
13. Who sets the design and occupancy regulations.
14. What QPs design the dorms, architects or engineers?
15. What post occupancy evaluations have been carried out by who with any published results?
16. What are the locational site criteria?
17. Who determines the occupancy density and what is it? What is the Plot ratio?
18. What is the per person floor area ratio prescribed?
19. Is this ratio adhered to?
20. What is the minimum air change requirement stipulated for every dorm room?
