I don't know what's the state's valuation actually, so just trying out and see whether they can get the State Consent or not. (Bank's valuation is around RM1.5mil though but gov. doesn't use bank's valuation).

Forgive me for saying this but for the past 1-2 year I have been driving past Impiana/Ujana 2-3 times at nights but I dint any lights at all in Impiana ( while Ujana has some ).

It appears to me that Impiana, despite TOP for 2-4 years are 100% vacant.
