Where may I find written communication from UEM that they cover free unifi for 24 months? I now have issue with my unifi invoice and would like something written from UEM that states they cover the first 24 months bill from unifi. I recall a verbal inquiry, they gave me a contact for Unifi and also verbally informed to me the free Unifi from UEM. But, I can't find anything written. Any written communication you may share on this is very much appreciated.

You probably got a sudden shock of a bill of 1800+ like everybody else. After getting redirected between UEM and TM several times, it seems the activation date was around May or June for most of us Ph 8 owners. I just paid the bill as it looked right. TM probably counted our account under UEM for several months before they realized they needed to transfer to owners.

I am rarely there that is why I will not pay the bill if it is not free. It is a good to have but I don't need it if I don't live there. That's why I want to know if it is a free 12 months or 24 months service as I was informed at the finance department when I inquired about internet services. If it is not free, I will cut the service. Thanks.
