I believe MOM do regular inspections of the dorms but problem is how do we control their movements once they are out of the dorms? And of course some bosses are also reneging on the guidelines set by MOM by asking their workers to take the trains and buses instead of arranging transports for them. I know of a local Boss who provides manpower for a marine company. He claimed that giving his Kelings, Banglas workers extra transport allowance is much cost effective that hiring private transport companies to pick up his workers.
