Those sold at NTUC Unity is not govt stockpile. Govt stockpile is the masks kept in storage for PAP office holders and their families.

KNN if the patient still can go personally to cpf building then sure no chance KNN if the patient got pneumonia and unable to go and send a representative there is a high chance to withdraw depending greatly on how the rep say KNN

-- if still in hospital, last I heard, the treatment is free. (if any changes by pap, please update, thanks)
-- if discharged from hospital, cannot withdraw all cpf.
-- if die, all cpf can be withdrawn by your nominated beneficiary, so please nominate carefully.

Dunno. But I would think it is reasonable to assume that if the doctor orders the test, it should be free even if negative. But then again, where it comes to money, PAP is not always reasonable...............

KNN the answer should be depend on whether you show symtoms KNN this is to prevent abuse KNN eg if the nurse station tells you that you doesn't rook to have whv you insist to check and the result is negative you have to pay KNN if the result is positive you can either sue the nurse or ask her to compensate you becas you can ask her for a bet before the test is carried out KNN if she chicken out you can boo at her also KNN
