female period blood in food? Wow... that is something I have not seen/heard/read before. But I can see them doing it if they can put melamine in baby formula milk!

Very true that chow Ah Tiongs can contaminate food here though not proven. That is why I only buy made in Europe biscuits, 2nd choice Malaysian made. European biscuits are more expensive but taste heaps better with high quality ingredients. You sometimes get good discounts too. Go & grab those made in Belgium dark chocolate biscuits from Fairprice priced @$2.50 its got tons of excellent high grade thick dark choc on top of the biscuits, 12 yummylicious pieces in one packet. Worth every single cent you paid for but remember to store in a fridge otherwise choc will melt.

Similarly for food like jam, I buy only Aussie, American or European.

I don't see these behavior prevalent by PRC "Ah Tiongs" in other countries where they emigrate to; seems only in Singapore. Conclusion, "When in Rome, do as the Romans."

These China nationals were lying on the stone seats at Toa Payoh MRT Station, chatting loudly in Mandarin, according to a STOMPer. She wonders why they can't behave in a more socially acceptable manner. "They were treating the public place like their own house. "I heard them speaking very loudly in Mandarin with a very distinct Chinese accent. i remember walking past a bank in the evening after it had cosed that had air con room with several ATM machines. there was a mainland Chinese guy sitting on the floor reading a newspaper like he was home in his living room.
