People who demand politicians take a very low pay and stay clean are the ones who are dumb. They have totally no idea how the world works and they should stay the fuck out of everyone's way.
...It has worked well for Singapore, and you are incredibly stupid for wanting to destroy this system in exchange for one that encourages lowly paid officials to take bribes.

A VERY LOW PAY? Did anyone ever state the amount? How low is low? Is the President of the USA paid a 'LOW' amount? How many times more is a Singapore minister taking as compared to the leaders in a superpower country? It's unethical and embarrassing for someone to insist on rationalising based upon an arbitrary and unqualified 'LOW'. Did anyone use 'VERY LOW'?

How much would it cost a person to have his or her face pictured on a gigantic billboard in a year?
Can someone quantify the amount of stress and suffering a resident has to endure in having to look at such billboards on a daily basis?
