Choo Seng Quee Singaporean footballer

His house I heard less than 2 years renovate one time.
Perfectly new sinks, faucets and fittings all torn out and throw.....my contractor friend told me very ‘sayang’
Likely the wife’s idea. Wonder if she has fully recovered from her illness.

Syed Mutalib's restaurant. Must go and eat there once Covid is over.

Best goalie was Skinner. He has habit of walking btw posts before game start.

Wilfred Skinner was a good man and a friend. I had lunch with him when I visited Vancouver years ago. He told me a lot of stories of his goalkeeping days. LOL. Hilarious. He told me of a rough match they had against Burma, which was something of a football power house in those days. The Burmese players were fouling singapore players all over the place, so he also retaliated. Apparently he punched a Burmese player in the head deliberately when they both went up for a high ball. LOL.

Wonder who’s the next Eurasian to be our number 1 goalie. After Skinner, we had Paine and Lewis.

Vertically challenged! Hahaha. Good one.

I said this because unlike the late elder brother, the younger bro whom we know as Ah Hock is short and squat ; therefore vertically challenged! Bwahaha with respect!

Yes. Very humble and easy-going Abang. Somehow I recall him working as a debt collector maybe 5-6 years ago. Son’s death must have shattered him. Used to complain to me about his son’s behaviour on the field. Too hot headed.

Samad must have worked through several jobs after his playing days. Good abang! Responsible family man!

I know au yong pak kuan also doing well past few years based in Germany in eng business.
Yet another RI alumni national player.. got grades and lobang after soccer... like uncle choo, rocky, kim song. No more after that... recent generation studious player was goh tat chuan, sji/ntu boy now an oil trader.
